LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

ALL POWER GREEN UNITS

This quality product is warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship, provided that the unit is used under the normal operating conditions intended by the manufacturer.

This warranty is available only to the person or company to whom the unit was originally sold by PowerGreen North America Company by an authorized distributor of said company, and is non-transferable.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

Any parts of this product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced, including labor and shipping, at warrantor’s option for the ORIGINAL purchaser, covering services listed below:

Parts :        VEHICLE Ten (10) years, GAMMA & FIRE Five (5) years

Labor:       VEHICLE Ten (10) years, GAMMA & FIRE Five (5) years

To Obtain Service: Contact your dealer from whom your unit was purchased, or contact your nearest PowerGreen distributor. If service is performed on the unit by any unauthorized person(s), all obligations of PowerGreen under this warrantee shall be at an end.

 EXCLUSIONS

Save as herein provided, PowerGreen North America Company there are no other warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees, express or implied, made or intended PowerGreen North America Company (Canada or U.S.A.) or its authorized distributors and all other warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees under any Sale of Goods Act or like legislation or statue is hereby expressly excluded.

Save as herein provided, PowerGreen North America Company (Canada or U.S.A.), shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property, including the unit itself, howsoever caused or any consequential damages arising from the malfunction of the unit and by the purchase of the unit, the purchaser does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless PowerGreen North America Company (Europe, Canada and U.S.A.) from any claim for damages to persons or property caused by the unit.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

No Warrantee or insurance herein contained or set out shall apply when damage or repair is caused by any of the following;

1)  Damage in transit from dealer.

2)  Accident, alteration, abuse or misuse of the unit such as improper     mounting or installation.

3)  Fire, theft, war, riot, hostility, vehicular accident, acts of God or other forces majeure.

4)  Service calls resulting in customer education. This does not refer to initial installation education.

Proof of purchase date will be required for warranty claims; so, please retain bill of sale.

Please complete and return the enclosed registration card within 30 days for warrantee coverage.

Road Tests

Where a unit is provided under the conditions of a test, a bill of sale is issued with an extended full return allowance should the unit and its packaging be returned in their original condition. All above noted EXCLUSIONS and GENERAL PROVISIONS continue to apply.
