February 2nd 1994 use of ionic
accelerator GAMMA 2 for water treatment in fluid circuit vacuum pumps
in order to generate
under preassure being necessary for milking purposes, there are used
environmentally friendly fluid circuit vacuum pumps. The water is run in a
circuit to cool the pump. So the water heats up with every passage through
the pump. A test was run with
water circuit pumps with water of 65° to 95° German Harness and it
became obvious that already after 4 weeks there was such a strong scaling,
that the power of the pumps dropped dramatically and finally one pump even
clogged totally and stopped working. After having cleaned
the pumps, the water circuit was equipped with GAMMA 2 ionic
accelerators. All the pumps are
now operating since one year without any maintenance. The pumps and piping
systems are totally free of calcium deposits. In the water reservoir tank
there was a powder-like sediment, which could be flushed off easily. Based on these very
positive results, ALFA LAVAL Company has decided to include these devices

We have been testing
above mentioned devices in applications of production and household since
end of June 1991. The two devices
being used in the production site, have been installed in the drinking
water system with a medium hardness of 20° German Hardness. The test
showed, that the calcium structure was transformed into a fine white
slime, which could be flushed off, so that there was no calcium deposit in
the system. Therefore we come to
the conclusion that these devices are qualified for our demand of use. The device which was
installed in household application performed in a total water hardness of
24° German Hardness in the way that there was no scaling on taps, washing
machines and dish washers. On armatures and washing basin we could
notice a fine slime, which could be wiped off easily. In this application we can state as well that the devices are fully qualified. Ministry for Agriculture RHINELAND Bonn, Germany report on
experience: August
16th 1993 ionic accelerator GAMMA for usage- and drinking water The County Ministry
for Agriculture has installed 3 devices GAMMA 3 in the time
between July 1992 and April 1993. The water hard nesses are 1 time 24° to
27° German Hardness and two times 15° to 18° German Hardness. Already short time
after installation all three devices destructed and flushed off existing
incrustations. In one case the warm
water pipes of a directly heated exchange tank were incrusted so much that
it seemed to be dangerous to continue operation and it should be changed
completely, but after installation of GAMMA the
incrustations were destructed and we do not need to change the tank and
piping system. Based on this
experience the County Ministry for Agriculture decided to install two
units of GAMMA 6, which happened between June and July 1993.
Even in new plastic
pipes it is obvious that a white slime-like stuff is flushed off,
