Installation Advice for PowerGreen Vehicle
Thank you for ordering a PowerGreen VEHICLE device. You did make the right choice with a product of highest standard with the best available quality. You will not be disappointed if you keep in mind some
installation rules. Once installed as recommended, it will last for years, without maintenance.
There are quite a few products on the market using low power ferrite
magnets and therefore different installation guidelines. The most common are a kind of clip-on which will
work on rubber plastic pipes but are not efficient enough for metal pipes.
Pipes that have a pressure connector on a plastic pipe require these same connectors to attach the Power Green device on line. Usually,
the plastic pipe will fold up enough to allow room for the PowerGreen
VEHICLE device to have a position just before the injectors.
PowerGreen products are mounted on pipes of any kind of material. An
installation will give the most efficiency with the fuel when mounted as close as possible to the combustion chambers with as
few corners to the piping as possible.
In addition, the protection shield which encases the unit and protects the more sensitive computer parts of your system against magnetic radiation, has another important function. The casing works inside the device as a booster
by reflecting the magnetic rays or power within the unit and increasing the direct effect of
magnetism on the fluid.
The following steps will show you the best way for installation.
The best position for installation is between the fuel-filter and injectors in a place as shown in the photos. The
lighter and smaller devices can stay free between the pipes. The more heavier devices
should be either fixed with the enclosed plastic strips or with a metal bracket to a free place.
The reason for installation in the engine area is that the magnetically
charged fuel should travel as short a distance as possible between the device and the injectors. For
those vehicles that don't have any place in the engine area for installation, outside the area is fine
just so long as it is located after the fuel-filter. This keeps metal particles
in the fuel from going to the injectors.
If there is no other place available in the engine or out side the engine area then an installation under the vehicle is recommended. In this case, it should be installed on a pipe which is going as straight as
possible and should avoid any sharp bend or angle that exceeds 45 degrees.
We recommend using a qualified mechanic for installation. This effort should take about 30 minutes to complete.
We are certain that you will enjoy the advanced technology of PowerGreen
products and benefit in many ways.
