REDUCE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION - IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND REDUCE COST - HUNDREDS EVEN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR SAVED.

Vancouver, BC.POWER GREEN North America Company announced another dimension to operate the transportation sector in a more energy efficient manner.

Canadians and Americans spend more on their vehicles than for food, clothing, and footwear combined.

Just about every vehicle owner, private, business or government, cares about fuel consumption and there are some information available on the market to improve gasoline or diesel mileage. The manufacturers are producing new exciting hybrid cars, hybrid pickups and hybrid SUVs with promising fuel economy.

Methane Gas - The lobbies at work completely ignore the fact that while particles come from all kind of combustion sources, it is the toxicity of the particulate emissions that should guide prioritising the control of emissions. Across the world, scientific studies have established that particulate matter from diesel exhaust is extremely toxic. It comprises tiny particles coated with extremely toxic chemicals called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), some of which are known to be the most potent carcinogens. Compared with diesel vehicles, CNG vehicles emit negligible amount of particles. Moreover, even the little particles that are emitted by CNG vehicles are not as toxic as particles emitted by diesel vehicles as CNG is composed of mainly methane gas.

Cars are getting cleaner, but people are driving more and there are more cars, pickups, SUVs and trucks on the road every year.

Diesel - The Canadian government is pushing for better diesel fuel with 20 per cent less sulphur to improve the emission problem.

Is low sulphur diesel a clean fuel? Tests done across the world show that even with a major reduction in sulphur content in diesel particulate emissions reduce only marginally. Modern diesel distillates usually have a higher aromatic content that adversely affects the combustion process in a diesel engine. This means longer ignition delays and combustion that proceeds more slowly, resulting in the incomplete combustion that produces soot and foul air, which increases particulate emissions.

Most troubling is that some automakers are issuing calls to relax emissions standards to expand diesel's market share. This argument both proves that diesel cannot match the emissions, levels of gasoline cars and sets a bad policy precedent. Americans should not have to trade air quality for fuel savings. Current emission standards allow diesel cars to emit over 16 times more particulates than the average gasoline car. Future standards will still allow diesel to emit nearly three times more smog-forming nitrogen oxides and 2-4 times more particles than the average gasoline car.

Our Neighbour - If US auto manufacturers increased fuel economy by as little as three miles per gallon, consumers would save as much as $25 billion a year in fuel costs, the EPA said.

That modest increase in fuel efficiency, the agency said, would also reduce 140 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year and cut the United States' reliance on foreign oil by 1 million barrels of oil each day - a boon as heightened tensions in the Mideast raise fears of a disruption in crude supply.

Senate Democrats introduced a broad energy bill in December 2001 that seeks, in part, to boost vehicle fuel efficiency but said that any change could not take effect until the 2004 model year is introduced.

When the US Congress adopted the original fuel standards nearly 30 years ago, most Canadians and Americans drove cars and sedans. Today, however, more than half of all new vehicles sold in Canada and USA are sport utility vehicles, mini-vans and other light trucks.

America's love affair with big, roomy vehicles means that gasoline demand accounts for 44 percent of the nation's average oil consumption of 19.8 million barrels per day.

Such decision will influence the Canadian car buyers and is not helpful to the idea of cars are working more energy efficient.

POWER GREEN has an answer for such kind of problems and responds to the commitment made by Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency and other governments worldwide to launch a product to help private and business sector in reduce of fuel consumption, operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions.

The use of cars and trucks produces more than 20-30 per cent of carbon dioxide emissions, which contribute to global warming and climate change. With more than 13 million vehicles on the road in Canada, Canadian drivers still add more than 90 million tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2), a major greenhouse gas, to the atmosphere every year – for example; every litre of diesel fuel consumed produces approximately 2.7 kilograms of CO2. Canada is among the world’s top producers of forest products, and nearly all of these products are transported by truck at least once. An estimated one billion litres of non-renewable fuel are consumed a year, and emission of CO2 and other gases from these vehicles contribute to smog, acid rain and climate changes.

The challenge is, save a lot of money in fuel costs and reducing CO2 emissions at the same time. Its NOW or NEVER!

Fuel cost can be as much as 25 per cent of annual operating costs and there are many ways to reducing those costs. A truck that is operated with poor driving habits or improperly maintained can consume up to 35 per cent more fuel than a well-maintained truck driven using fuel-efficient techniques. But the best driver with control and care of his vehicle in proper shifting techniques, speed and braking habits, etc. depend on so many other circumstances who he can not control. POWER GREEN products can improve such intention excessively much better results in control about how to reduce costs because it supports even the worst uncontrollable situation of handling a vehicle and there is no any big changes or modification of the engine necessary.

POWER GREEN devices provide an average reducing cost of fuel-consumption of gasoline and diesel up to 18 per cent and of car gas up to 22 per cent. The emission deduction is more than 99 per cent which is very important for diesel engines and as well as an increase of horse-power (kW) up to 15 per cent.

POWER GREEN products are unique devices to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of vehicles as well as reduce emissions and impact on urban pollution.

POWER GREEN products are well known in Europe for more than 18 years and tested successfully in Japan for more than 4 years as well as introduced in Australia last year. These sophisticated devices are going to be recognized worldwide what every driver of a vehicle expect from an improvement in his motor bicycle, car, truck, bus, boat, diesel locomotive, ferry, in short anything where gasoline, diesel, light oil, heavy oil and gas (like propane, butane, methane etc.) will be burned.

POWER GREEN products work best under heavy load like for gasoline or diesel used lumber trucks, forwarding fleets, busses, ferry operations etc. but also for industrial use with light and heavy oil in plants, golf courts, etc.

Everywhere they will work more energy efficient and improve the competitiveness of their operations. With POWER GREEN products there are significantly reduce costs and contribute to environmental protection by cutting vehicle emissions. POWER GREEN products do have certificates of SVGW/SSIGE, ÖVGW, DVGW, RWTÜV, GS.

POWER GREEN has been operating for 6 years during which time it has grown into a network of satisfied users.
